We’re Hiring – Head Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our fine dining restaurant.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant.
* Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine (knowledge of international cuisine is an advantage).
* Excellent leadership, team management, and training skills.
* Ability to create and update seasonal menus and signature dishes.
* Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen budgeting.
* Expertise in food presentation, quality control, and maintaining fine dining standards.
* Thorough knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
