Hiring: Electrical Leadman / Electrical Foreman

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Project-Based / Daily Rate

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Leadman / Electrical Foreman to supervise electrical installation works for our industrial projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily electrical installation activities at site.
Coordinate manpower and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
Read and understand electrical drawings and layouts.
Supervise excavation for underground cable routes.
Supervise removal of existing power cables.
Oversee underground cable laying and backfilling works.
Supervise installation of cable trays, supports, and accessories.
Ensure proper cable pulling, dressing, glanding, and termination of power cables up to 4C × 300 mm².
Supervise installation and alignment of MDB/DB panel boards.
Supervise installation of High-Bay LED lighting systems.
Supervise installation of large industrial exhaust fans.
Coordinate with client representatives and site engineers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare daily work progress reports and material requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical projects.
Experience leading electricians and helpers.
Good knowledge of cable laying, cable tray installation, cable termination, and panel installation.
Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
Knowledge of industrial electrical safety procedures.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Salary

Daily Rate: SAR 00.00 (To be discussed based on experience and qualifications).
