Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, local construction experience, and the ability to manage project quantities and cost control effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular site visits to review project progress and verify quantities.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on site visit.
• Obtain, review, and maintain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Track and follow up on quotation submissions and procurement status.
• Perform cost estimation, tender preparation, and cost comparison.
• Coordinate with project engineers, and suppliers to ensure accurate cost control.
• Prepare and maintain measurement sheets, variation orders, and project cost reports.

Requirements:
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction or contracting in Bahrain or GCC.
• Local Bahrain experience preferred.
• Valid Bahrain driving license preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off methods.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with site teams.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of tendering procedures and contract administration.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
