Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in component-level laptop/MacBook repair.

Proficiency in reading schematics and using a multimeter/oscilloscope for signal tracing.

Proven hands-on experience with hot air rework stations and precision micro-soldering.

Ability to work systematically within a fast-paced retail and service environment.

Perform deep-level diagnostics on motherboards (logic boards) using board views and schematics.

Execute precision micro-soldering, including replacing ICs, MOSFETs, and BGA chips.

Troubleshoot power delivery, charging circuits, and backlight issues where standard modules have failed

Collaborate with our network engineering team to ensure system stability post-repair.
