Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or a seasoned expert with 10–15 years of proven expertise in rotating equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and field service support.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of rotating machinery, including pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, fans, gearboxes, and associated mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

*Lead troubleshooting efforts, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for rotating equipment failures.
*Preform condition monitoring activities, including vibration analysis, alignment, balancing, and performance assessments.
*Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance, overhauls, inspections, and commissioning activities.
Analyze equipment performance data and recommend continuous reliability improvement initiatives.
*Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and performance.
*Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering teams, and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
Prepare and review technical reports, failure analysis reports, maintenance procedures, and work instructions.
*Ensure compliance with company HSE standards, applicable industry codes, and engineering best practices.
*Support turnaround, shutdown, and project execution activities as required.
*Review engineering drawings, specifications, datasheets, and other technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
*Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians.
Required Skills.
*Strong knowledge of rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, blowers, gearboxes and Mechanical seals.
