Responsibilities:

Provide professional Thai and other spa treatments as per company standards
Assess guests' needs and recommend suitable treatments and wellness services
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure a clean, relaxing, and hygienic environment
Maintain high standards of guest care and ensure an exceptional spa experience
Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
Keep accurate treatment records and report any guest concerns
Promote spa products and services when appropriate

Requirements:

Thai nationality
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel or spa
Certification in Thai Massage or other relevant massage therapies preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional, well-groomed, and friendly personality
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Ability to work in Bahrain (valid availability/work permit preferred)
