Urgent Hiring Instrument Technician Exp. PDH & PP Plant
Location: Yanbu, Saudi Arabia

JOB OBJECTIVE:
Carry out independently maintenance, installation, calibration, troubleshooting, repair and inspection of field instrumentation and Rack Rooms instrument cabinets, located at PDH & PP Plant, with a high degree of operational availability, with full compliance of Safety rules and regulation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Perform Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance and Trouble shooting of instrumentation with minimum supervision and in full compliance with safety rules and regulations.
2. Ensure all work practices comply with company Total Quality Systems and Safety Procedures. Discuss safety issues weekly basis that the group faces.
3. Perform Condition monitoring of Field instrumentation and Rack Room cabinets located at PDH & PP Plant and report any abnormalities observed to the Instrument Supervisor.
4. Assists Instrument Supervisor in suggesting and implementation of minor modifications as a part of plant improvement. Carry out the installation and commissioning of upgraded instrument with best standard practice.
5. Assist Instrument Supervisor in maintaining the instrument updated Preventive Maintenance and Instrument Calibration Sheets. Maintain the record in Logbook for the daily jobs performed.
6. Assist Instrument Supervisor in reviewing critical and non-critical instrument spares and optimizing re-ordering levels.
7. Perform execution of plant Turnaround and Shutdowns assigned instrumentation jobs.
8. Maintains good housekeeping conditions in workshop and work sites
9. Support Instrument Supervisor in improving team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE •
Minimum Diploma of Instrumentation •
8 + year experience in a Refinery or Petrochemical Plant
• Safety conscious
• Knowledge of computer skills such as MS-office, CMMS.
