🚨 URGENT HIRING – CIVIL DRAFTSMAN & MEP DRAFTSMAN
📍 Location: Saudi Arabia
Company: Enmark Contracting Company (Interior Fit-Out)

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our growing Interior Fit-Out team. Only candidates with Interior Fit-Out experience will be considered. Our projects are mainly commercial retail, offices, restaurants, and other fit-out works with project sizes up to 500 m².

1. Civil Draftsman (Interior Fit-Out)
--Requirements:
*Minimum years of Interior Fit-Out experience.
*Proficient in AutoCAD.
*Strong knowledge of:
*2D Shop Drawings
*3D Drawings
*Rendering
*Experience in preparing detailed fit-out drawings for site execution.
*Good understanding of architectural and joinery details.
*Ability to coordinate with project and site teams.

2. MEP Draftsman (Interior Fit-Out)
---Requirements:
*Minimum years of Interior Fit-Out experience.
*Proficient in AutoCAD.
*Experience in:
*HVAC Shop Drawing Preparation
*HVAC Load Calculations
*Electrical Load Calculations
*MEP Coordination Drawings
*Experience with small commercial fit-out projects (up to 500 m²).

Ability to prepare accurate shop drawings and coordinate with site engineers.
Important
Only candidates with Interior Fit-Out experience should apply.
Contract-based or non-fit-out experience will not be considered.
