Position: Work Permit Receiver (WPR) – Internal
Location: Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities
Receive, review, and coordinate work permits in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure all work permits comply with safety regulations and client requirements.
Coordinate with supervisors, safety officers, and work teams before permit issuance.
Verify that work sites are safe before work begins.
Monitor permit validity and ensure timely closure of completed permits.
Maintain accurate permit records and documentation.
Communicate effectively with project teams to ensure safe work execution.
Comply with all HSE policies, procedures, and permit-to-work requirements.
Requirements
Experience as a Work Permit Receiver (WPR) in the oil & gas, construction, or industrial sector.
Valid WPR certification (preferred).
Good understanding of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and HSE procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Knowledge of Saudi Aramco/SABIC or other industrial PTW systems is preferred.
Strong coordination and documentation skills.
