🚨 Urgent Hiring – Static Equipment Commissioning Supervisor / Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Static Equipment Commissioning Supervisor / Engineer for a leading petrochemical project in Saudi Arabia.
Basic Function
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for mechanical static equipment are planned and executed in accordance with OPERCOM® methodology, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements are strictly followed throughout all commissioning activities.
Coordinate, review, and approve the quality and completeness of all static equipment commissioning deliverables.
Assist Commissioning Unit Leaders in witnessing and monitoring pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Review pre-commissioning dossiers and ensure proper care, preservation, and maintenance of equipment by the EPCC Contractor.
Monitor static equipment commissioning activities and review/comment on commissioning and operational test procedures.
Coordinate with Construction, Operations, and other project teams to ensure a smooth transition from commissioning to startup.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in static equipment pre-commissioning and commissioning within petrochemical or oil & gas facilities.
Strong knowledge of Process, Mechanical, and Piping pre-commissioning & commissioning.

Good understanding of EPCC contract management, OPERCOM®, and ICAPS©.
Methodical, organized, and able to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Previous TotalEnergies project experience will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama are highly preferred.
