o Take corrective / disciplinary actions to maintain the discipline in the company Interpret the labor law/ company policy to the employees.
o Advice the accounts department regarding the payments to be made to the service providers and suppliers.
o Preparing & maintaining the Employee Personal records, Employee Contracts, Processing Vacation Rights and End of Service Benefts,
arranging the Purchase of new Vehicles, Maintenance of the Vehicles, arranging Driving License etc.
o Arranging shipment pick-up and delivery of the shipments from overseas and also local though shipping companies and local transporters.
o Arranging the customs clearance.
o Verify the invoices from the shipping companies and transporters.
o Preparing and updating the shipment status and movements.
o Assist the Administrator in all the daily activities.
o Maintain daily attendance record and submit to the Admin. at the end of every month for payroll processing.
o Arrange Hotel booking and Air Ticket booking for all the employees.

o Arrange the maintenance and service of office equipment such as Photo Copy machine, fax machine, Telephone system etc.
o Generate monthly report from the billing system.
o Check the personal calls on each extension and prepare the advise memo to accounts department for salary deduction on a monthly basis.
o Work on government programs such as (Muqeem- Tamm- Gosi - Labour Office) etc.
