April 2019 – June 2020 NIGM (National Innovative General Maintenance) Constructing Company, UAE QASR AL BAHR CIVIL DEFENCE & AL RAHBA COURT (two projects) QHSE Manager • Preparing and developing the project HSE plans and Risk assessments to control impacts and consequences. • Perform compliance HSE audits and strategically direct HSE programs and management to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. • Develop and implement environmental projects that focus on waste management and minimization • Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents. • Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
