• Costumer service agent from : 3/2019 to :12/2019 in “Vodafone” It was not just a job, it was an enjoyable community in which I was able to make several relationships with different classes and celebrities, and I learned to deal with customers professionally. I benefited a lot and I am happy with this. • Back office agent from :01/2020 to :4/2020 My work in this position was somewhat different, while I was dealing with actual people I moved to deal with videos, text, images, and people's responses I was categorizing content and processing it as an content monitoring moderator, This work did not take me effort to perfect it, but it required attention, focus, accuracy and attention to details professionally. My development was fast and my accuracy rate was high and this was a big plus for me. • Call center representative from :05/2020 to :7/2020 in”switch” Actually it’s look like very short period something but it’s an important time I have ever spend because I was working with very expert personalities and I was taking special care of them in the field, and this period was a leap and a big difference in my professional life. The reason for leaving this work is the end of the company's project, because it is originally a movie company. • Social media customer service from :08/2020 to :current work I work right now as social media customer service as part time
