Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Assists and manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.).
- Manage all related medical and social insurance process.
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
- preparation payroll process by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Manage employees’ annual vacations, visas issuing, flight tickets and iqamas renewal. (KSA)
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
