 Title: Area Sales Manager – Riyadh. Augest 2014– Now Firm: Alghanim Industries (KIMMCO)– Kuwait . Tasks: 1- Seeking out business opportunities that are required in the Kurdistan region, 2- Introducing interested groups and companies, to well known international investors and franchises, facilitating the joint ventures between both interested parties. 3- Preparing visibility, financial and market studies and all related documentations from brands holders and international investors. 4- Prepare contracts for both investors in accordance with current business and Iraqi & international law conditions 5- Study the items / services / partnership we can introduce to each client. 6- Gathering data on foreign export markets for all sectors of the company, industrial, commercial, contracting and real estate investment  Title: Sales Manager. March 2005 – March 2009 Firm: OTIS Elevators-IRAQ Tasks: 1- In charge of all Commercial & Non Commercial activities which includes tenders, local tenders, arranging inquiries for the international manufacturers, 2- Putting a new plan and strategy for the sales team, following up with the sales department for submitted offers & tenders. 3- Responsible of both sales & technical dept. including installation & after sales services 4- Preparing market & technical studies & collecting information regarding competitors, 5- Preparing with the association of the finance department the overall budget of sales & marketing for the coming year, 6- Preparing expectations and the forecasts of the coming year. Achievements: 1- Awarded several Potential contracts i.e. (US Embassy Compound – 17 Elevators), (US Army Corps of Engineers – Hospital Project 26 Elevators) till now with a total amount of 5'600`000 US Dollar. 2- Project Manager for Several potential projects i.e. US Embassy Compound, Iraq. 3- Administrative management for all OTIS teams (Sales, Technical, and Installation). 4- Setting up budgets for every department along with quarterly forecast 5- Reviewing KPI’s & budget to date in comparison with Budget to Target and fixing the deflections in it.  Title: Senior Sales Engineer. March 2001- March 2005 Firm: Al-Faris Engineering Establishment – Amman Tasks: 1- In charge of all sales activities which include local tenders, arranging inquiries for manufacturers in Spain and Italy, 2- Implementing the sales plan and strategy set by our management, preparing offers & tenders. 3- Responsible for after sales services by being the link between customers & technical dept. following up offers submitted by sales representatives. 4- Site hunting. Final Handling over of elevators to customers. 5- Following up renewal of maintenance contracts in co-operation with the technical dept. 6- Giving technical Information & teaching new techniques in dealing with clients for the sales team. Regular visits to consultants & Contractors to present & convince them in our product. 7- Moreover preparing market & technical studies & collecting information regarding competitors that would help VERY MUCH in marketing, Achievements: 1- Raising Sales up to approx. 300`000 J.D / year 2- Preparing a new design of offers which met the clients satisfactory. 3- Arranging all basics office work such as correspondence internal memo, presence sheet, activity reports, incoming & outgoing mail and filing system. 4- Renewal of maintenance contracts & solving outstanding issues with old customers.  Title: Sales Engineer. Jan.’2000 – Feb. 2001 Firm: Otis Elevators Tasks: Site hunting, Preparing offers, preparing tender data, following up submitted offers, Handling over elevators in co-operation with technical dept. Renewal of maintenance contracts, also following up previous OTIS maintenance customers for renewal of their contracts, Regular visits to Engineering consultants & contractors. Preparing sales forecasts. Setting weekly schedules & time tables & plans to organize my work properly. Finally updating information regarding competitors & preparing market studies & shares. Achievements: 1- Sales achieved ( 250’000 J.D) 2- Several out of OTIS maintenance customers renewed contracts st 3- The 1 unit of MRL elevators sold in Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and the west bank was the outcome of my personal effort in spite of the tough competition with the other two superior companies ( Schindler & Kone )  Title: Mechanical Engineer. July’97 – Jan.’2000 Firm: Civil Defense Directory – Amman Tasks: Served in the building & maintenance dept. Supervising on initial drawings, designs, Technical Specifications, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems for buildings being submitted by the consultants for final approval, also the supervision on the contractors during building process. Moreover being in charge responsible of a team of technicians to maintain & install all Mechanical Engineering related items ( Water pumps, Heating systems, Generators, Water Drainage Water supply systems ). Finally preparing several tenders to issue & being a member in the final handling over committees for many Mechanical systems for buildings Equipment items Achievements: 1- Made a filing system involves each building owned by civil defense directory & with its full specifications in order to follow up all call backs for maintenance. 2- Properly & Fully maintained & fixed all Mechanical Engineering related items, which resultedin reducing all maintenance call backs from 40% to 5%. 3- Prepared several specifications & standarizations for Mechanical Equipment. 4- Made Important changes on the initial drawings & design for the buildings, in co- operation with the Engineering consultant offices.  Title: Sales executive. April’94 – Sep.’95 Firm: Apex auto parts export – Amman Tasks: Offering Automobile Spare parts & collecting inquiries from customers, correspondences & Tele-communications with Both clients & factories, following up customers to confirm orders & opens L.C. Also following up the factories to inquire about shipments, conveying the remarks & problems that might occur in shipments to the factories & trying to solve it. Following up information remarks prices of competitors & informing factories of that important information. Finally arranging for reservations & accommodations for factory representatives visiting Jordan, also accompany them for a sales promotion tour here in Jordan.
