- Review contract and all documents handed over by sales team and submit to Finance team.

- Search for new leads and identify areas for visits where company’s services can be used.
- Doing daily meetings and cold calls to promote company’s product.
- Identify customer’s requirements for both courier and freight services and calculate the average revenue.
- Handle the account opening process and coordinate with accounts department to make sure the whole process is being done smoothly.
- Work on building a strong relationship with existing clients and gain customer’s trust by working on solving all kind of issues they may face and answer their inquiries on spot.
